About The Position

The Virtual Mental Health Counselor provides scheduled telehealth counseling to adults managing anxiety, stress, mood concerns, and personal challenges. The role offers focused client care, predictable hours, and a consistent caseload without in-office demands. The position is based in Hawaii and is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Active LMHC license in Hawaii.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field.
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment.
• Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to assigned clients.
• Complete clinical evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Create and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor client outcomes and therapeutic progress.
• Adhere to state licensing and telehealth guidelines.
