About The Position

This role is for a Massachusetts-licensed mental health clinician who will spend most of the workday focused on therapy. The clinician meets with clients by video, addresses their concerns during sessions, and uses clinical experience to help them understand what they are experiencing. Administrative support is available for non-clinical tasks, allowing the clinician to focus on client care and session-related documentation.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health discipline.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through virtual appointments.
• Complete diagnostic interviews and summarize key clinical findings.
• Help clients identify areas they want to address during therapy.
• Use practical counseling strategies that clients can apply outside of sessions.
• Record session details and maintain required EMR documentation.
• Discuss challenging cases during scheduled consultations.
• Participate in virtual clinical meetings when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Massachusetts LMHC professional standards.
