About The Position

IQVIA is recruiting for an experienced Virtual Key Account Manager to support the growth of a leading smoking cessation and nicotine replacement portfolio across priority healthcare accounts. In this role, you will partner with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across Primary Care, Community Pharmacy, Public Health and Integrated Care Systems to drive awareness, recommendation and adoption of evidence-based smoking cessation solutions. Through high-quality virtual engagement, you will build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and support healthcare professionals in helping patients successfully quit smoking.

Requirements

• Proven pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management experience.
• Experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Community Healthcare.
• Strong virtual selling and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning capabilities.
• ABPI qualified.
• Good understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and commissioning environment.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key customer accounts through effective virtual engagement.
• Build relationships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Pharmacists, Smoking Cessation Advisors and Public Health stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant product and disease-area education focused on tobacco dependency and smoking cessation.
• Identify account opportunities and create tailored business plans to drive growth.
• Gather market insights and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximise account performance.
