About The Position

The Key Account Manager, Marquee role is responsible for managing a portfolio of marquee brands in the Philippines. This role requires a strong focus on both acquisition and retention, with 50% of the time dedicated to driving new business acquisition across high-value target accounts (including new and revived brands) and the other 50% dedicated to retaining, growing, and deepening partnerships with existing Prime Plus marquee brands. The position demands strong consultative selling, strategic account planning, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven success in both business acquisition and account retention, ideally within B2B, enterprise, or high-value client environments.
  • Strong track record of managing or winning marquee, strategic, or complex accounts.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, account management, or strategic sales, with exposure to high-value corporate clients.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management capability.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through insight-led conversations.
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated, with the ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and at least 2 years’ relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Acquisition of Marquee Brands: Identify, prioritize, and win new or revived high-value marquee brands within the assigned Luzon territory.
  • Build and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline through strategic prospecting, account research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Engage key decision-makers through consultative client conversations, compelling presentations, and tailored commercial proposals.
  • Execute targeted sales plans to convert priority accounts and accelerate Prime Plus growth in the Philippines.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and follow-through across all acquisition opportunities.
  • Retain and Grow Existing Top Brands: Manage and retain a defined portfolio of existing marquee brands, ensuring strong renewal outcomes and sustained revenue contribution.
  • Build strategic account plans that strengthen customer relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and reduce churn risk.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, business priorities, and evolving talent challenges.
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and deeper product adoption by aligning SEEK solutions to client goals.
  • Proactively address account risks, stakeholder changes, service gaps, or competitive threats to protect and grow account value.
