About The Position

Manage assigned key accounts, ensuring profitability, achievement of sales budgets, and effective execution of commercial and promotional strategies aligned with company objectives. This role involves managing commercial relationships, identifying growth opportunities, achieving sales objectives, and coordinating execution of commercial plans with various internal teams. The position requires travel and the preparation of performance reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, with responsibility for budgeting and direct negotiation with strategic clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with key accounts, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities with new clients, channels, or regions.
  • Achieve sales objectives within the assigned budget.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and displays according to company policies.
  • Analyze sales performance, margins, and product portfolio results.
  • Coordinate execution of commercial plans with Sales, Logistics, and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Monitor indicators such as returns, inventory levels, and product rotation.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Prepare regular performance and opportunity reports.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time to visit key account clients.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the organization.
