About The Position

Allnorth is seeking a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to drive exemplary client engagement and long-term growth within our key accounts. Reporting to the Director, Key Accounts & Marketing and working alongside the Business Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in accelerating Allnorth’s organic growth by strengthening and expanding strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of securing and delivering multi-million-dollar business development wins within engineering, consulting, or professional services industries; this is a performance based position and will have agreed-upon KPIs in place
  • Industry experience and expertise in Mining strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and build partnerships that create lasting value for clients, Indigenous communities, and Allnorth
  • Strong understanding of client value drivers, market dynamics, and competitive positioning
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills; proven ability to influence senior decision-makers as well as work collaboratively and effectively with internal team members
  • University degree in engineering, science, or business is considered an asset. Previous experience in key account management is also considered an asset
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, depending on the requirements of your assigned accounts

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with the client’s business goals while identifying opportunities for profitable account growth and expansion
  • Fostering strong, trust-based relationships at all levels of the account by engaging in meaningful activities that drive client success and long-term partnership
  • Managing annual win and revenue growth, cross-selling integrated services, and ensuring client satisfaction, with the objective of Allnorth becoming a trusted partner and preferred service provider
  • Drive alignment and consistency across internal business units and teams to create a unified customer experience that reflects Allnorth’s standards and values at every interaction
  • Overseeing the development of annual targets for assigned accounts, working with regional Business Development and Operations team members and Operational Leaders to ensure year-over-year growth objectives are met
  • Regularly monitor and analyze account health metrics to uncover trends, capitalize on successes, and implement targeted improvement plans.
  • Hosting regular internal account team meetings, maintaining minutes and action itemsto ensure accountability to executing the strategic account plan
  • Conducting regular business review meetings with key account stakeholders to review performance, address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration
  • Actively engaging in ongoing internal training, account reviews, and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and deliver exceptional client outcomes
