About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Immigration Legal Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and client support within a fast-paced immigration law practice. In this role, you will help keep legal operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing client communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting attorneys with day-to-day administrative needs. You will serve as an important point of contact for clients, helping ensure a professional and positive experience throughout their legal journey. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-focused environment, communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and dependable support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
  • Experience working in a client service environment preferred
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive client matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to maintain organized records and documentation
  • Experience scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations
  • Comfortable working with case management and CRM systems
  • English and Spanish communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information at all times.
  • Assist with general office coordination and workflow management.
  • Monitor ongoing client matters and follow established follow-up procedures.
  • Handle client notifications, notices, and follow-up communications.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Support attorneys and team members with administrative and legal support tasks.
  • Update and manage information within the firm's CRM system.
  • Maintain organized client files, records, and legal documentation.
  • Manage and maintain attorney and legal team calendars.
  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email.
  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients.
  • Schedule client consultations, appointments, and meetings.
