About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support providing exceptional client service and operational efficiency. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping manage communications, coordinate schedules, and ensure that important documents and tasks are handled accurately and on time. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate needs, and keep processes moving forward will have a direct impact on daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is responsive, confident in communicating with clients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable interacting with clients professionally
  • CRM Lawcus
