About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to help clients understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The role involves working remotely with individuals and families, conducting needs-based consultations, and providing clear information so clients can make informed decisions. The company provides warm leads, virtual training, daily coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing development are provided. Candidates need to provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements

- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
