About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Insurance Solutions Associate to help individuals and families understand coverage decisions. The associate works with prospective clients who have requested information, identifies their needs, and educates them about available insurance products. The opportunity is fully remote and intended for someone interested in professional development, flexibility, and a performance-based career. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States, and must provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and are reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

- Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships.
- Participate in training and performance coaching.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
