About The Position
AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Benefits Representatives. In this role, you'll help working families understand their available benefits while providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships. Whether you're launching a new career or bringing experience in customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or sales, we provide the comprehensive training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed. Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Review benefit programs and explain available solutions
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
- Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
- Attend leadership development and coaching sessions
- Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
- Continue developing communication and relationship-building skills
