Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
  • Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
  • Explain policy options and available coverage clearly and professionally
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment
  • Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support
  • Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate
  • Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients
  • Support clients throughout the life of their policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
  • Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship
  • Develop communication, coaching, and management skills
