About The Position

AO South is hiring Remote Client Representatives to work with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, providing outstanding customer service while helping families understand their life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options. Whether you're beginning a new career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Requirements

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
• Welcome new clients and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
• Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
• Answer client questions and provide exceptional ongoing support.
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
