Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and support team members in achieving individual and team goals
Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture
Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development

Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service needs
Work with company-provided qualified leads
Implement effective client service and sales strategies
Utilize digital tools to improve workflow and productivity
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
