About The Position

The Virtual CEUs Specialist will be responsible for processing Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for credential holders in a timely manner that adheres to ISA compliance standards. This role utilizes ISA Operations Database and management system(s) for data entry, research, and problem-solving. The specialist will also coordinate with staff members responsible for various programs and services to assist customers. Training will be conducted in-person at ISA's headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

• At least two years of High School, High School diploma, or general education degree (GED) required.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to write correspondence in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and reasoning skills to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.
• Manages time well and takes initiative to complete work without prompting.
• Ability to work in and help create a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
