About The Position
Concierge Home Care is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with home health and triage experience to join its Virtual Care team. This remote position is limited to Florida residents and provides virtual therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The work supports high-risk patients in remaining safely at home and helps them regain independence and perform daily activities safely. The position has a weekday schedule, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours. Clinicians use WellSky / Kinnser EMR and are provided workflows intended to help complete documentation efficiently. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active COTA credential.
- Unencumbered Florida COTA license.
- Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care established by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive technology, and environmental safety strategies.
- Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and promptly report clinical changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to provide holistic care.
