We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role requires frequent communication with clients, insurance companies, and attorneys, as well as strong follow-up and case-tracking skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a pre-litigation case manager, legal assistant, or similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with insurance companies and adjusters
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in personal injury law is preferred

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues and contact attorneys when needed
• Sending settlement letters to insurance companies
• Request, order, and track medical records and other documents
• Communicating with clients
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure deadlines are met
• Text and communicate with clients through the CRM system
• Monitoring when a case is ready to send a settlement letter
• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement
