About The Position

This position supports telehealth and remote patient monitoring by coordinating virtual care, observing patients in real-time, troubleshooting technology, and ensuring efficient, high-quality patient outcomes. The role is a temporary-to-permanent position for 13 weeks, working 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of telehealth or patient care experience
  • Experience with remote monitoring & EMR systems
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Telehealth program development & training experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and workflows

Responsibilities

  • Manage telehealth schedules, consults, and workflows
  • Monitor patients remotely and escalate safety concerns
  • Document patient activity, interventions, and outcomes
  • Perform QA reviews and support process improvements
  • Provide technical support and train staff on telehealth tools
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, and stakeholders
  • Maintain reports, metrics, and compliance standards
