About The Position

Salal Credit Union is hiring a Virtual Branch Representative for its call center team. The role helps members manage their money without traveling to a branch by accurately completing member requests, processing transactions, and resolving inquiries on every call while providing exceptional service. The position can be performed fully remotely and requires a schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, with a rotating Saturday schedule of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for all team members.

The representative answers incoming member calls in a call center environment, follows policies and procedures to protect members’ personal and account information, and builds trust through helpful service that supports long-term member relationships.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail banking or call center experience.
• Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with members through open, eager-to-assist communication.
• Excellent customer service skills and a desire to make banking easier for members.
• Ability to work 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Pacific Time and a rotating Saturday schedule of 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

• Competitive base salary of $20.82–$29.14 per hour, depending on experience; the likely offered rate is $23.25–$25.75 per hour.
