The Virtual Branch Manager is a multifaceted position that includes management, lending, member service, and operational support functions delivered primarily through phone, video, chat, and online banking platforms. The Virtual Branch Manager is accountable for the profitability, growth, and overall performance of the virtual branch. It fosters new business, deepens member relationships, and promotes products and services to achieve established sales goals and business objectives while delivering high quality digital member experience. Responsibilities include compliance with regulatory requirements, auditing, meeting sales goals, monitoring performance metrics, and coaching employees toward success in a remote environment.
