About The Position

Cobalt Credit Union is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join their team as an Assistant Branch Manager at the Iron Bluff Branch. This role involves supporting the team, advising members on financial goals, answering questions, recommending products and services, and making credit decisions for lending. Success in this role requires a drive to meet established goals by building long-term member relationships.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of sales and service techniques.
• Previous knowledge, skills, and experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, delegating, conflict resolution, customer service, and training.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills needed with ability to communicate with all levels of credit union and the public.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule projects and work responsibilities.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Cash handling and balancing experience.
• Must be able to travel to meetings and do training activities etc.
• Professionalism in attitude and member and team relations.
