Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - Texas License Required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a full-time, Texas-licensed LCSW or LPC to provide virtual therapy services in its Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. The program is designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. The therapist will provide care to patients ages 12 and older, conduct individual assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and connect patients with community resources. The role includes accurate, real-time documentation in electronic health records and use of standardized assessment tools and diagnostic skills. The position is remote and requires availability Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, for 40 hours per week. The therapist will work with a multidisciplinary team and may contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Iris provides licensing, credentialing, IT, onboarding, and administrative support, and equips clinicians with advanced tools, including AI-supported systems.
Requirements
- Active LCSW or LPC license in Texas.
- At least two years of therapy and diagnostic experience after receiving an independent LCSW or LPC license.
- Proven therapy experience, including at least two years of diagnostic experience.
- Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during CST hours.
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 12 and older.
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
