About The Position

Recovia, LLC is seeking a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / LMSW LCSW LAC LPC for our I-17 and Northern Clinic at 2411 West Northern Ave., #201, Phoenix, Arizona 85021. This position is seeing patients virtually out of our I-17 and Northern Clinic. This is not a work-from-home or hybrid position. Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic patients dealing with mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
