About The Position
Recovia, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW) for our I-17 and Northern Clinic located at 2411 West Northern Ave., #201, Phoenix, Arizona 85021. This position involves seeing patients virtually out of our I-17 and Northern Clinic. Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as an LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic patients dealing with mental health issues.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
- Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
