Virtual Behavioral Health Adult Therapist (LCSW or LPC) - Virginia License Required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. You will use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care. Requirements
- Active LCSW / LPC license in Virginia required
- Minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
- Experience & willingness to treat patients ages 18+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
