Remote Virtual Assistant
About The Position
NYC Skyline Construction Corp, a premier construction company that specialises in a variety of residential and commercial projects in the New York City area, is seeking a diligent and highly organised Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position open to candidates based in the United States. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly and our projects are successful. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage a diverse workload in a dynamic environment, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The pay for this role is $15 - $35 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within the construction or real estate industry is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to company leadership and project managers.
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and maintain digital files and records related to projects, clients, and internal operations.
- Perform data entry and assist with managing company databases.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Conduct research on suppliers, materials, and industry trends as required.
- Liaise with team members and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
