About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate team with daily operations, client communication, and data management.
Requirements
- 1+ years VA or admin experience
- Strong skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM tools
- Excellent written + verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable internet, and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Real estate experience
- Knowledge of MLS, Zillow, or property management software
Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and schedule showings/appointments
- Update MLS listings, CRM, spreadsheets, and property files
- Respond to buyer/seller/renter inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Assist with social media posts, listing descriptions, and flyers
- Organize contracts, lease agreements, and transaction paperwork
- Conduct research on market comps, lead generation, and vendor coordination
