About The Position

The Walmart Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing daily store operations on Walmart Marketplace, including catalog management, order fulfillment, customer service, and account health monitoring, inventory, keyword research and brand shop management. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Walmart’s platform policies and algorithm to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • With reasonable analytical and logical skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
  • Available for full-time work.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Walmart Seller Center is a plus.
  • Background in Finance and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, is a plus and other office applications.
  • Good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the organization of product information and listings within the Walmart platform.
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Walmart.com.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues related to Walmart orders and products.
  • Process and manage all incoming orders efficiently including dispute/returns with data collection through the Walmart system.
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate shipment of orders to customers.
  • Sales report monitoring, tracking of all item’s performance with tracking rate monitoring.
  • Creating inbound order, monitoring inventory health, multi-channel solution (fulfillment for other marketplace and item conversion to WFS.
  • Create and manage brand portal accounts for sellers.
  • Manage and monitor the overall health and performance of the Walmart seller account.
