About The Position

The Wholesale Virtual Assistant is responsible for sourcing and qualifying branded products for resale, managing supplier communications, and handling backend operations related to shipments, inventory, and account management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial tracking tools to ensure seamless wholesale business operations. The LINE OF BUSINESS (LOB) is Amazon Wholesale, focused on sourcing, qualifying, and managing branded products for resale. The role specializes in backend tasks such as Supplier Communications, Shipment Management, Inventory Oversight, and Amazon Account Management. Key focus areas include sourcing and qualifying branded products for resale, managing supplier relationships and communications, and handling comprehensive backend operations related to product shipments, inventory, and Amazon account health.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
• Available for full-time work.
• Main Device: Processor: Core i3 or Ryzen 3 and above (5th Gen) or AMD equivalent. The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily product research to identify profitable opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Handle supplier communications and actively search for new products.
• Monitor and research competitor strategies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
• Oversee inventory levels, track product movements, and manage reorders to ensure optimal stock.
• Manage orders and shipments.
• Track shipment plans and reconcile the ones with discrepancies.
• Manage all necessary communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
