About The Position

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting private label Amazon sellers with various backend tasks to ensure their business runs smoothly. Your role involves a range of tasks related to product management, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination. This role is focused on General Virtual Assistance with a specialization in backend tasks for Private Label Sellers, including Product Listing, Inventory Management, Customer Service, Reports Generation, and Listing Optimization. Key focus areas include sourcing new products from overseas suppliers, promotion of listings by creating discounts, and managing branded product listings.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas is required).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
• Available for full-time work.
• Main Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
• Main Device: RAM: 8 GB or higher.
• Main Device: Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
• Main Device: Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• Backup Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
• Backup Device: RAM: Minimum 4 GB.
• Backup Device: Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
• Backup Device: Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
• The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.

Nice To Haves

• With a background in Finance is a plus.
• With good character and willing to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
• Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
• Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
• Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
• Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers (e.g., China, Alibaba, DH Gate, AliExpress).
• Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
• Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
• Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
• Manage and help maintain a healthy account and grow the Amazon store.
