About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Japanese Bilingual Virtual Assistant to manage our Amazon operations. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our Japanese speaking leadership and consumer market. You will move beyond basic support to take full ownership of daily profitability, brand reputation, and multi-channel strategy on Amazon.com. Your goal is to ensure the business thrives in the market while providing seamless, bilingual reporting and operational management to the client.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native Japanese
  • At least 1 year as an Amazon VA with a heavy focus on backend operations and data management.
  • Proficient in Sellerise, Shipstation, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (must be comfortable with formulas for profit tracking).
  • Experience in basic graphic design and content scheduling for social media.
  • Excellent written English for professional customer communication and feedback de-escalation.
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily reporting deadlines, and maintain focus during graveyard shifts.
  • Main Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM: 8 GB or higher. Storage: Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
  • Backup Device: Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent. RAM: Minimum 4 GB. Storage: Minimum of 112 GB. Internet Speed: At least 10 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
  • The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously track daily sales and net profit, ensuring all costs are accounted for.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly reports to identify growth trends and operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain and update the master inventory grid to prevent stockouts and manage replenishment cycles.
  • Proactively manage 1 and 2-star ratings by offering full refunds and professional resolutions; actively work to remove negative seller feedback.
  • Execute store-wide review requests across all accounts utilizing the Sellerise extension to maximize social proof.
  • Conduct daily audits of the Account Health Dashboard to ensure 100% compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Manage the backend shipping workflow by processing labels accurately through Shipstation.
  • Closely monitor pending Merchant Fulfilled (FBM) orders to ensure on-time shipping and prevent late shipment rates.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across social media platforms to build brand awareness.
  • Leverage the Amazon Posts feature by creating and scheduling regular updates to drive "Follows" and organic traffic within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, resolving issues with speed and professional flair.
