About The Position
VentureCopilot connects AI-fluent Talent ("Copilots") from across the MENA region with founders and executives in the US and Europe. We're not a job board and not a freelancer marketplace. We personally screen, interview, and train every Copilot before matching them with a client, and we stay involved after the match. Being good at admin work isn't enough anymore. Founders want someone who can use AI tools to move faster, not just someone who follows a checklist. If you already work this way, or want to, we get you in front of founders who value it and get you paid for it. As a Copilot, you become the person a founder relies on to keep operations running and to use AI tools to do it faster than a traditional assistant could. Building workflows, automating repetitive work, keeping systems clean. Real ownership over how the work gets done, not just doing what you're told.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Genuine day to day use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your current work, not just occasional use
- Real experience working independently, without someone checking in on you constantly
- Comfort working without a lot of formal process or structure, especially if you're coming from a larger, more structured employer
- High discretion with sensitive or confidential information
Nice To Haves
- Experience building or maintaining workflows, automations, or SOPs
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar
- Prior work with US or EU clients or employers
- Any hands on AI agent configuration or prompt work
Responsibilities
- Manage the founder's inbox and calendar, triaging what needs a response now vs. later
- Book and coordinate travel and logistics across time zones
- Prepare briefing materials and summaries before meetings
- Build and maintain SOPs and documentation as processes get figured out
- Identify and fix small operational bottlenecks without being asked
- Own a project or workstream end to end when handed off
- Coordinate between the founder and contractors, vendors, or external partners
- Track action items across teams and follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support hiring: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding paperwork
- Manage CRM records and keep data clean and current
- Track budgets, expenses, or contractor invoices and flag anything that looks off
- Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, reporting, and repetitive admin work
