About The Position

ACCRAbond is a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This is a full-time, remote position, supporting our operations based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a proactive individual who is an expert in time management and capable of working independently to a high standard. This role offers a competitive salary of $28 - $40 USD per hour.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other standard office software.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use initiative to solve problems.
• A high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
• A proactive and resourceful attitude with a strong commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior management.
• Handle and screen incoming calls and correspondence, including monitoring and responding to emails.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Perform data entry, file management, and maintain organised digital and paper records.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients in a professional manner.
