About The Position

In this position, you will work directly with our most valued customers, proactively identifying opportunities for vehicle upgrades, lease pull-ahead programs, and equity-based trade-ins. You’ll play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships while delivering a seamless, premium sales experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of automotive sales experience (required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of lease/finance structures and equity mining
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP and existing customers
  • Identify and contact clients eligible for vehicle upgrades or exchanges
  • Present tailored vehicle options based on customer needs and equity position
  • Coordinate appointments, test drives, and follow-ups with a high level of professionalism
  • Work closely with finance and management teams to structure competitive deals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads
  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from start to finish
