We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused VIP / Vehicle Exchange Sales Representative to join our team and elevate our client experience. About the Role In this position, you will work directly with our most valued customers, proactively identifying opportunities for vehicle upgrades, lease pull-ahead programs, and equity-based trade-ins. You’ll play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships while delivering a seamless, premium sales experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of lease/finance structures and equity mining
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of VIP and existing customers
- Identify and contact clients eligible for vehicle upgrades or exchanges
- Present tailored vehicle options based on customer needs and equity position
- Coordinate appointments, test drives, and follow-ups with a high level of professionalism
- Work closely with finance and management teams to structure competitive deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from start to finish
