About The Position

As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will be responsible for warmly greeting patrons, verifying their credentials, and assisting them with checking in for their stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1 Year of guest service, front desk, or concierge experience

Responsibilities

  • Engage with guests, addressing their queries and providing information about lounge amenities.
  • Assist in making reservations for services like spa treatments, dining, or entertainment.
  • Streamline the check-in and check-out process for VIP guests.
  • Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating with front desk staff and maintaining excellent communication with guests.
  • Verify the accuracy of charges and credits on guest bills.
  • Cash Handling and Transaction Management
  • Prepare the VIP lounge for the day by following department standards.
  • Ensure all guest rooms are assigned and amenities are delivered.
