About The Position

Cummins Worldwide is seeking an exceptional VIP Lifestyle Manager to become the trusted operational partner to the Principal. This is a unique opportunity for a highly educated, high-performing professional who enjoys leading people, managing complex operations, solving problems, and creating exceptional organization and efficiency. The VIP Lifestyle Manager serves as the Principal's trusted extension, ensuring that people, projects, travel, operations, logistics, communication, and strategic priorities move forward seamlessly. The successful candidate will directly manage staff, coordinate complex projects, build systems, improve operations, and create the structure necessary for the Principal to focus on leadership, family, philanthropy, and other high-value priorities. Your Mission To create an exceptional and seamless lifestyle and operational environment for the Principal by proactively managing schedules, travel, projects, people, events, and daily operations. This role exists to anticipate needs before they arise, remove obstacles, coordinate resources, lead people, and ensure every aspect of the Principal's personal and professional world operates with excellence.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, or family offices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency.
Valid driver's license.
Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple employees and contractors.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and help oversee staff supporting the Principal.
Create procedures and systems that improve efficiency.
Coordinate projects from planning through successful completion.
Help resolve challenges, improve operations, and ensure accountability.
Exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently while working closely with the Principal.
Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, consultations, meetings, and priorities.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics.
Serve as the primary liaison with executives, household staff, vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers.
Anticipate needs and solve problems before they affect the Principal.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
