About The Position
Join DraftKings as a VIP Lifecycle Associate and help create memorable experiences for high-potential and prospective VIP players. The role focuses on customer service excellence and operational effectiveness to build and strengthen customer relationships, optimize VIP engagement strategies, understand player needs, and foster long-term loyalty. The position also contributes to acquisition efforts connected to new state product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Analytical and solutions-focused mindset to achieve results for customers.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
Responsibilities
- Engage with high-potential players through multiple communication channels and build authentic relationships.
- Evaluate players’ potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program.
- Assist in developing and optimizing player engagement and qualification strategies.
- Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process and promote a positive player experience.
- Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.
