About The Position

Join DraftKings as a VIP Lifecycle Associate and help create memorable experiences for high-potential and prospective VIP players. This role focuses on customer service excellence and operational effectiveness, building and strengthening customer relationships, and optimizing VIP engagement strategies to better understand player needs and foster long-term loyalty. The position involves engaging with high-potential players through multiple communication channels, evaluating their potential for the VIP Program, supporting player engagement and qualification strategies, and contributing to onboarding improvements and business acquisition for new state product launches. The role requires a willingness to travel and work nights and weekends, and the ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses. DraftKings is a publicly traded technology company headquartered in Boston. The salary range for this full-time position is $54,400–$68,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Pay within the range depends on work location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
Analytical and solutions-focused mindset to achieve results for customers.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsibilities

Engage with high-potential players through a variety of communication channels and build strong, authentic relationships.
Evaluate players’ potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program.
Assist in developing and optimizing player engagement and qualification strategies.
Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process and promote a positive player experience.
Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.
