About The Position
The VIP Host cultivates relationships with DraftKings’ most engaged players and executes the day-to-day strategy of the VIP engagement program. The role focuses on understanding players’ needs, fostering long-term customer loyalty, and delivering an experience that supports brand advocacy. The position manages player relationships through events, communications, and escalations, while sharing feedback to inform platform improvements and following VIP and responsible gaming policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make quick, confident decisions based on data and trends.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
Responsibilities
- Create new business revenue by developing strong, authentic, and trusted relationships with players.
- Manage player relationships through local events, regular communications, and responses to escalations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and proactively present players with new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms.
- Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
- Follow VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
