About The Position

The VIP Host cultivates relationships with DraftKings’ most engaged players and executes the day-to-day strategy of its VIP engagement program. The role focuses on understanding player needs, fostering long-term customer loyalty, delivering a world-class customer experience, and supporting communication with a growing global audience.

The position requires Spanish fluency, experience in sales, account management, or another customer-facing role, and willingness to travel and work nights and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make quick, confident decisions based on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new business revenue by developing strong, authentic, and trusted relationships with players.
• Manage all aspects of player relationships through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and proactively provide players with new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Execute VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
