About The Position

This role is dedicated to accelerating enterprise pipeline growth by owning the experiences that foster relationships and drive revenue. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, the Program Manager will collaborate closely with Account Executives and BDRs to ensure all events are strategically aligned with specific sales objectives, such as opening new accounts, building champions, or influencing decisions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position with end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • 4+ years in executive event management, field marketing, or a similar role focused on creating high-quality experiences for senior audiences.
  • Understanding of what constitutes a high-quality executive-level experience.
  • Natural relationship builder who is warm, credible, and engaging.
  • Pipeline generation mindset; understanding of B2B demand generation and the ability to connect events to deals.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, capable of managing complex logistics across multiple simultaneous programs.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across North America and occasionally EMEA.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.

Nice To Haves

  • Cybersecurity industry knowledge, including familiarity with DevSecOps, AppSec, or the security conference circuit.
  • Existing network of CISOs, CIOs, or VPs of Engineering in North America or EMEA.
  • Experience running high-quality events independently.
  • Marketing tools fluency, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Notion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run GitGuardian's sales-led event program, including executive dinners, CISO roundtables, and VIP activations at key industry events (RSA, it-sa, Black Hat, Gartner Security Summit), all mapped to active pipeline.
  • Curate guest lists with precision, ensuring the right CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and security decision-makers are present with the appropriate AEs at the correct stage of the deal cycle.
  • Create exclusive and memorable experiences where the format, venue, and atmosphere enhance the content.
  • Build and own relationships with the CISO and security community, acting as a valuable point of contact.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and BDRs on targeting, invitations, and post-event follow-through.
  • Handle all logistics end-to-end, including invitation processes, venue sourcing, catering, speakers, and run-of-show.
  • Measure key metrics such as pipeline influenced, meetings generated, and deal progression, reporting with clean attribution.
