Program Director - NYC

Sharing ExcessNew York, NY
$90,000 - $110,000Hybrid

About The Position

You'll lead daily operations at Hunts Point Terminal Market, build the partnerships that keep food moving, and shape the strategy that helps the program grow. It's a role for someone who likes to think a few moves ahead and still gets on the floor to load a truck when it counts. Sharing Excess is one of the fastest-growing food rescue organizations in America, built on a simple mission: save food and feed communities. What began as a student movement now runs nationwide, moving nearly 2 million pounds of food every week (100+ million pounds a year) to thousands of community partners. The work is fast and deeply human. We operate with the pace of a high-growth startup and the heart of a grassroots movement, from building our own technology to rethinking how the food supply chain reaches people who need it. If you want a job where your daily effort visibly improves lives, this is one of the best places to do it.
