About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled VIP IT Support Engineer to provide white-glove technical support to executives, senior leadership, and other high-profile users. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, customer service excellence, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted technology partner, ensuring a seamless end-user experience across devices, applications, collaboration platforms, and conferencing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience considered
  • Commitment to ongoing technical training and professional development
  • 5–7 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, Desktop Support, or IT Engineering
  • Experience providing executive or VIP support in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks, including Incident, Request, and Problem Management
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Apple ecosystems
  • Active Directory administration and Identity & Access Management
  • Device management and endpoint security solutions
  • Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration technologies
  • SCCM and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
  • SaaS application support and administration
  • System administration experience across enterprise environments
  • Apple macOS and iPhone support
  • Windows endpoint support and troubleshooting
  • Audio/Visual and conferencing technologies, including: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, VoIP systems, ClickShare, Projectors and presentation technologies
  • Outstanding customer service and executive presence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional white-glove IT support to executives, VIP users, and business leaders both remotely and onsite
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues with a focus on minimizing downtime
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools
  • Administer and support Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and endpoint management platforms
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, including MacBooks, iPhones, and Windows devices
  • Manage and troubleshoot mobile device environments using MDM solutions
  • Support executive conference rooms, boardrooms, and meeting spaces, including VoIP systems, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, ClickShare, projectors, and AV equipment
  • Assist with software deployments, upgrades, patching, and endpoint security initiatives
  • Support SaaS applications and business-critical systems across the organization
  • Utilize ITSM tools and ITIL best practices to manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve escalated issues and improve service delivery
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the end-user experience and support processes
