About The Position
The Tier 2/VIP Desktop role would be responsible for assisting our EVPs & SVPs with IT issues and general support.
Requirements
- VIP / Executive Support experience
- Power Apps experience
- Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, Device Management and Endpoint security experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Support / Account Access and Set Up
