About The Position

As a VIP Account Manager, you will provide exceptional support to VIP players, addressing their needs across all communication channels. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring a rewarding experience that fosters long-term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
  • Expert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving any player concerns.
  • Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives, enhancing the overall player experience and improving retention.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotional offerings on the Modo.us platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies with the company’s broader goals.
