About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and documenting Association violations, ensuring compliance with regulations and rules. The role involves conducting inspections, tracking violations, and serving as the primary contact for non-compliance issues. The Violations Coordinator will also update internal systems, attend Violation Control Committee Meetings, and provide necessary documentation for fine determinations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a related position.
  • Previous experience with computers and software used in an office environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all documentation of Association violations, including inspections as necessary, understanding regulations and rules provided by the Board and PM.
  • Track violations for completion and document compliance.
  • Conduct repeat inspections as necessary within the timeframe determined for violation compliance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all non-compliance letters and follow up to compliance or fine.
  • Provide the PM with all documentation requesting compliance and resolution for the Board to make a determination of fine if necessary.
  • Update any KWPM systems with violations documentation as directed.
  • Attend Violation Control Committee Meetings on a monthly basis.
