About The Position

This position is responsible for managing and documenting all Association violations and Architectural Control Committee (ACC) matters. This includes conducting inspections, understanding regulations, tracking compliance, and communicating with homeowners. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, interaction with various committees and boards, and proficiency in property management systems.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a related position.
  • Previous experience with computers and software used in an office environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all documentation of Association violations, including necessary inspections, and understanding relevant regulations and rules.
  • Track violations for completion and document compliance.
  • Conduct repeat inspections as necessary to ensure violation compliance within the determined timeframe.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all non-compliance letters and follow up on compliance or fines.
  • Provide the Property Manager (PM) with all necessary documentation for compliance and resolution, to enable the Board to determine fines if necessary.
  • Update KWPM systems with violations documentation as directed.
  • Attend Violation Control Committee Meetings on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for all documentation of Association Architectural Control Committee (ACC) matters, including necessary inspections, and understanding relevant regulations and rules.
  • Assist Homeowners with questions related to ACC Applications.
  • Update and maintain KWPM systems with ACC applications and approvals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ACC-related questions.
  • Interact with the ACC as created by the committee and the ACC Board Liaison.
