Andrew Peller Limited (APL) is seeking dedicated Vintage Cellar Hands to join their dynamic harvest team at Trius Winery for the 2026 Harvest season. This is a seasonal role, requiring full availability for 6 days a week, working 8 hours/day (12 at peak harvest) on day or night shifts. The Harvest season runs from late August to mid-November. The role requires availability for a Day or Night shift for the duration of the harvest. As part of the team, you will assist in various tasks across the Crush Pad, Cellars, and Barrel Cellar, processing approximately 2500 tonnes of grapes across two production facilities. This is a hands-on experience in premium wine production.
