About The Position

THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music and entertainment, serving talent, brands and properties on a global scale. Headquartered in Los Angeles, THE·TEAM's presence spans 28 countries and more than 70 cities. We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Videographer, Editor and Motion Designer to support the visual storytelling of THE·TEAM’s work in areas such as talent representation and management. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual abilities, stays on top of visual trends, and possesses the technical skills to create polished deliverables for digital and social platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of our brand, talent, artists, stakeholders, and partners. You’ll collaborate closely with social, marketing, and talent teams to create visually engaging content that communicates our voice and elevates our presence. A major focus will be translating client wins, partnerships, and insights into visually compelling, easy-to-digest creative, ranging from long-form storytelling and social graphics to motion and short-form video assets. We operate in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate can execute quickly without sacrificing quality, thrives in collaboration, and is comfortable working independently.

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • High standard of excellence, with the flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed and anticipate challenges with thoughtful communication.

  • Execute a range of assets including announcements, talent moments, employee highlights, awards, brand partnerships, and marketing collateral.
  • Travel onsite for key moments to capture and create compelling content through integration with events, teams, or clients.
